Today's moot court competition

Just being the bailiff gave me freedom to actually listen. The take-aways:

  1. Unless opposing counsel is just outrageously incompetent, it's tough to overcome the facts not being on your side.
  2. There are FAR more objections in moot court than in real-life court.
