Joshua Prince-Ramus was the co-designer of the Seattle Central Library, talking at the library today about projects which his firm has since completed. The Dallas Wyly Theatre was the most impressive, in my opinion. For a variety of innovative reasons a theatre company with a theatre of this type would be more likely to survive, if for no other reason than that the range of revenue-generating activities which could be held in the space while theatre performances aren't going on is almost unlimited.
