Here's what arguing...

... a Ninth Circuit case in Seattle looks like. The only differences are that in a real case you'd have judges in front of you, and you'd have something to say. I suppose you could make the point that those are significant differences, but please don't rain on my parade.

The last case was an environmental case, and I had a nice chat with one of the lawyers arguing the case afterwards: I'm repeatedly surprised by how enthusiastic folks in the law profession are to talk about their work.
